HELP! my car has stretch marks!

OMG HELP ME OUT!!! i finish givin my babe a wash and run my hands through the paint. AH it had all these small bumpy things on it. So i decide to use the Fine Cut Cleaner from Meguiars which supposedly removes all those stubborn sticky road debris. So i apply and wait till it dries to a haze. when i wiped all of it off my car had all these circular stretch marks on it. Now when i look at my car under the sun it looks like someone used a dirty rag on my car and its all over my FREAKIN CARRR!!!!!!!!!! i tried everything but it doesnt come off. ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED!!!!!!!!!!!! its like theres a dry circular haze on the car.

i use this white sponge which is really really soft when i wash my car. I don't use brushes except on my wheels and tires. Get blue coral scratch remover. it doesn't perform miracles, but it does a decent job. my grandmother used a paper towel to wipe off some bird dropings off my old car's trunk, and it was scratched pretty badly, but i used the scratch remover, and it did a pretty good job.

then i would wash the area with regular car wash and water. Dry it. And use either zymol cleaner wax or the best wax you can find. Cause my zymol removed swirl marks from my mom's black sentra very well. Wax it like once a week for 3 weeks. It should look like new again.
