haha F'in right! good job.
at night does some of the yellow still show through around the edges? cause mine kinda do and im thinkin about switchin to some red bulbs.

idk... i just put them on today. it just barely got dark so imma go check right now...

I'm about to do this to my tails, but with the smoked reverse light.

i think i might do that too, but not now. i wanna get used to these first.

man that looks nice I ordered mine couple days ago cant wait for it to get here.

How long did it take you to put it on?

maybe like 15 minutes. they were slightly larger than the light so i had to carefully cut away with a blade which took a while. but it was easy tho. just use soap and water so it wont stick and u can position it correctly.

yea some of the yellow does show thru around the edges, but i dont think red bulbs are gonna help cuz the tail light plactic is what gives out the anber color. the only way to get rid of it is to find a way to put red vinyl under the tail light... which will probably mean ull have to take out the tail light and buy more vinyl... :/ to me it doesnt look TOO bad. i dont exactly drive with my turn signals on and u can only see the amber at night anyway so its not too big of a deal for me.

I'd say keep it like that since its a white celica unless your going to have more black accents

its probably late but can you take a pic of the yellow that shows through? Im curious to see that...

yeah i was thinkin the red bulbs would tone down how yellow it would look around the corners by the trunk, but eh. I was also thinking of trying to slide a strip of electrical tape or whatevs in there to cover it up some. haha i just know it looks kinda ghetto sitting at a light waiting to turn and people in other lanes can see it.... Ill let you know if i figure something out, your ride looks amazing tho none the less.

electrical tape will be extremely ghetto unless you hide it really good, but ur gonna have to take out the tail light itself to get under there. it doesnt really bug me too much, but if i come up with an idea that works, ill definately let u know :) i doubt ppl are really gonna be able to see that yellow light around anyways and i highly doubt theyll think its a bad job unless theres a huge chunk of red missing (which by the look of ur sig, it seems to be fine). for me, the light around kinda gives it a lil "glowing" effect and kinda blends in with the red... but thats just me.

when u paint them it looks more uniform/same

kinda hard to explain but the overlay area looks little darker if u look at your pics

oh i see what u mean. yea it does look more uniform, but personally i like how mine turned out. i would still like to know there is a spot there for the turn signals. thats just me tho...
