I found this cool suspension web site that gives easy how-to formulas converting spring to wheel rate rates on mac struts and double wishbones. Theres also a calculator.. Just punch in the required specs and it will compute automaticaly.

Hmmm,
You'd need more than a simple tape measure to get anything accurate off of this. Very interesting though. I may need to play withg this. :)
