Hi guys, I just got a Non Stop Tuning 79mm pulley for my Greddy SC'd GTS.

I was recomended a belt 2cm shorter than the original one.

Can anyone recommend what size belt i need, im not sure how long the original one was ?

Thanks

I am using a belt that is 2468mm with the 3.1" pulley on my greddy supercharger.

2468mm
It's probably a 6PK2470 or 6PK2465.

Gatorback part #'s can be found here http://www.goodyearep.com/productsdetail.aspx?id=3128
(they don't have a 2470...?)

I'd say, try the 2465. A little tight is better than a little loose.

6pk2465 is the belt I am using but my idler pulley is mounted in a different spot on the GReddy supplied bracket. I don't see an issue though because I was running the 2475 before

I WAS using 6pk2420 but now using 6pk2415..reason? i'm using BoeFab bracket with Idler pulley..basically his complete kit, with the belt being routed differently..only because with the normal routing the belt would rub back to back since it's too close together..so with the new routing diagram, it works but feel like it's slipping sometime..that's y i went 1/2in shorter..from 2420 to 2415..had to drop the alternator to get the belt to fit..it's tight now..

boefab kit with nst belt plus new routing diagram = 6pk2415 belt..

That's actually less then 1/4 inch shorter. I think your routing is crazy, two inches shorter is a lot Are you talking about the belt rubbing by the supercharger and alternator? If so your routing around the water pump Idler is wrong

Love the drawing.

Does that clear the AC lines as well?

forgot to mention..with that routing the a/c line need to be un bolted..it won't fit properly..need to get it custom cut and reweld..or bend up or something..i'm in that situation..i can't find any place around here in INdiana that can do such a custom job..

Just pull of the upper alt bracket and cut and weld in a piece of steel stock. Its not custom work and should only cost like 30 bucks. Just make sure to trim out fan shroud to allow space for the alt plug.
