gauge cluster help! needles dont work

so i just installed a new gauge overlay and put it all back together and everything is glowing and looking good

i put the needles on based on the calibration guide from ledmod but when i start the car the rpm's dont move and when i revved it the needle jumped from 0 to 2 and then stayed there

does anyone know what is wrong? is there a certain way to reconnect the cluster does it matter if you plug the blue or white harness in first?

any help would be great

Most likely, the gauge overlay isn't sitting flat and is holding the needle up.

Did you turn the ignition to on..don't crank the car. Place the needles where he says and spin them counter-clockwise til it lays on the stopper.

i figured it out guys, was just pushing the needles down too hard, guess i should stop working out haha, everything works good tho now
