View Full Version : Zaino Customer Service Rocks!

(Sorry for the cross post to buyer and seller feedback. I figured this post would be best served in this forum. Moderators, please remove this if I am wrong :) )

I recently ordered Z1 and Z2 from zaino. Unfortunately I forgot that UPS doesn't have access to forwarding addresses that the US postal service has, so I had the product shipped to my former address.

After a few weeks nothing had arrived at my new address. I emailed zaino and they said that the product had been delivered. I called, and visited, my former apartment and learned that it had in fact been delivered, and it had hung on my old doorknob for over a week before it disappeared. The rental office could not locate the package.

I called UPS and they said the only thing they could do was to put a trace on the package, but the sender had to ask for a trace. I emailed zaino again, asking them to ask UPS for a trace. A few days later Z1 and Z2 arrived at my door.

Today I checked the tracking number for the package I received. Zaino sent out a brand new package.

This is oustanding. They sent me (essentially) free Z1 and Z2. It was my fault that I shipped the stuff to the wrong place the first time, and I fully expected to dish out another 30$ for more Z1 and Z2.

Needless to say I am very happy with Zaino. ...Now it's time to make my celica sparkle!

let zaino know that!! Good customer service gets better when they know they did good and others know of it.

I did let Zaino know. Oddly they never informed my that they sent me a new package.

When I ran the tracking number today I first wrote them and told them how happy I was, and that I was going to post to newcelica.org telling everyone how happy I was with their service.

yeap, sal and the ENTIRE zaino distribution is great to work with, definitely a model business!
