Spark Plugs

What kind of spark plugs do you guys recommend or are they not worth changing?

not worth changing... they're supposed to last till 100K and they're already iridium... if you all crazy about performance then i suppose you can switch them at half that interval... but anything before that would be a waste of money (damaged sparks nonwithstanding of course)
