I know this should go in wheel and tire, but theres nothing but crickets in there and I kinda need an answer really quick :)

Anyway, those of you with volk racing wheels, do any of you have centering rings, and if so, where did you get them from?

If none of you have them, (rings) did you torque your wheels while they were suspended still, or snug the lugs then lower the wheel and torque afterward?

Any of you volk brothers out there, your help would be greatly appreciated :)

all i had was the rims/lugs/valve stem...


what do u mean about torquing ur wheels?

sorry i meant torquing the lugs on the wheel while its still suspended

on a side note krayze, did you scratch the hell out of the lug holes when you were mounting them, since they had to rest on the stud threads untill you got the lugs on?

My rims got scraped while the mounted my rims =( I had to use touch up paint to cover it up. (btw, i have gt-ns) Is there a way to prevent this happening again?

nope, the place i got it done at was very professional. rims were in mint condition after

While the car is up I usually try to get the lugs and rim to seat as flush as possible by hand tightening, then lower the car and torque the lugs down.

No rings needed with mine.

i had the rings... they came with the wheels if you buy them new... dunno if you can buy them seperately...

I've had my gtn's sitting here for like 3 weeks now not on the car because I thought I needed the right size rings
guess I'll put them on tonight :)

i have gtp's and it came with the centering rings
