TRD front bumper grill peeling off?

For those of you with the action package, has anyone had the front lower metal grill start peeling/chipping off? Mine has almost lost all the black paint and is exposing the metal... I am thinking about going to the dealer to complain, but I am not sure if this is even something that the warranty covers... any ideas or anybody with the same problem?

Well, let's just hope not... but actually, the paint on my car is still looking as good as the day I picked it up from the showroom... 'cuz it was the showroom car! ;-) lol...
