what ever happened to cabel's safc project??

i remember he made some kind of mold for the safc that will attach on the roof. i thought that was cool and was waiting on the sunroof design. hopefully he hasnt dropped it at all.

At least I know it made an impression. I had to set it aside for a while, moved got busy etc. Then I started over b/c I decided I wanted something different. It's almost done now, actually trying hard to have it in my car next weekend for a local show. I'll post some pics when I am done as I know a few ppl were interested. This one will only fit the GT but I would make one for the GT-S if ppl really wanted it still and reproducing it isn't too big of a deal.


Was actually just gonna go do some more sanding now, at 3Am. lol

This one cannot be used with a sunroof b/c I decided to make it a bit onlger than the original so I could flush it into the roof more. Still didn't end up quite as I had envisioned (too much damn sanding) but I also wanted to leave a bit more room for a little something else. It would also be a lot better for anyone that wanted to use it for a screen now as well.

The GT-S one will have to be quite short. I have it measured and ideas on how I can modify my cast to fit the GT-S so it shouldn't take to long to develop. The hardest part will be test fitting it very often as in my small city there are only like 2 GT-S's owned by ppl over 40. So I'll have to try to catch a club memeber out of town each time.
