an older one from when I first started trying this.
There's a photography section. A few members have posted some of their HDR renders.
The first pic came out nice.

well bend me over and call me sally, i must have missed that section when scrolling down :gap: since it wasnt car related photography i figured it went in a non car related area, this forum is organized a little differently than my usual haunt.
and thanks! i appreciate the input on it.
I'd also appreciate it if someone moved this to the appropriate forum then i suppose, thanks.
Just leave it here and make your own photoblog thread in the other section.
Here's a faux HDR I made from a shot I took.

And another faux HDR of mine.

neat tone mapping :) its soo easy to go overboard and just make everything look trippy though, which can be pretty fun too!

its not the camera trust me, that thing is atleast 5 years old i think. i bought it used for $35 off ebay.
its the software processing that makes pictures like that.

I have done some HDR but feel that they often look over-processed and thus gimicky. So I try to only use HDR merges when I am dealing with really hard lighting situations where I don't have 3 flashes on me. Here are some of my GF and mine's Mini Cooper S.

I did some awhile back. Too bad I don't have Photomatix on my new desktop. :(
My very first attempt at HDR. Horrible job, haha.

You take multiple same pictures at different exposures then merge them together into one single picture with photoshop or other programs.

I use http://www.hdrsoft.com/

i think its the best so far from
all the ones i used and tried
This shot is actually and HDR render. About a med-low tone HDR.
