Super Strut Suspension

Is it possible to get enough of the Sport M peaces to convert a US spec celica to the superstrut suspension? I realize that the whole cast peace that you connect the wheel hub, a-arm, and strut too would have to be replaced with the Sport M one. But if you did that could you put a super strut suspension on?
