This Thursday I ordered a full Blitz kit from importfan.com and they told me that as soon as I got off the phone with them, my order would be processed. I was also under the impression that the items I wanted were in stock. Well, I call them today and find out that they had not even processed the order and that it has not been shipped even though the items I ordered are in stock. Now the earliest I am going to get the kit is next week. :(

Well, to update on the situation, I called today and they told me they shipped it out yesterday. I guess it isn't that bad, but for a while there they were telling me it might not be shipped for 2 weeks, even though it was in stock. Nevertheless, I take back all bad things I said about them.

Very wise idea. Everyone makes mistakes man, and Importfan will the the first to admit when they are wrong. Then they will attempt to make things right. At least from what I have seen.

Yes, I was wrong, but for a while there they had me wondering...when they told me that the parts were all in stock in their warehouse and that it might be 6 weeks until it is shipped, I started to think that ordering from them might not have been a great idea. But, they called me up early this morning to let me know they had made a mistake and had actually shipped it out Monday. Sorry if I offended you yota_racer, I know that they are your sponsor.

Nah, Fu*k Importfan.com.... sorry Yota.... There was a GB on CF hood scoops, and I ordered two...one for me and one for a buddy of mine...Paid $240 or so for both, great deal, yet when they finnally were shipped, and I noticed that the packing quality was poor...When I opened up the package (nothing but foam and tape) I noticed that quallity of the packing was no where near as bad as the quality of the two scoops....Problems : Scoop has cracks, low quality CF, reversed CF, scoop isn't fully covered in CF (and i mean the visible side...i couln't care less about the bottom side, but the top???). When i tried to send the back for new scoops, they didn't want to help me...they blamed UPS even after I told them that most of the defects were through manufacturing.

I talked to this one guy whose name was San (sp?) sounded asian (no offense to asians, but he sounded like it). But he was extremely helpful. :thumbup:

He might have been the guy who sirk talked to since every time I have called, I spoke with him.

That sucks. He is a really nice guy and had no problem answering any questions I may have had, no matter how stupid they may have been. :)

Son is awesome. He is their best salesperson in my opinion. Always helpful, and never rude.
