Short story...car was being moved from the street onto the driveway because of the city. Car was undrivable at the time, a number of the front end parts were off the car. Specifically, no front two wheels, no CV axles, no tranny, etc.
Anyway, tow truck driver seemed to get very frustrated at how hard it was to move the car off his flatbed onto the driveway because of the lack of wheels. Once the car was in place and the back wheels off his bed, he drug the rest of the bed out from underneath the car and I watched the front end of the car drop about a foot straight into the ground. Front bumper was ripped off, fog lights destroyed, the radiator has a hole in it now...etc. Fun stuff eh?
Anyway, at this point I need to find out if the oil pan was impacted or not. I think it was, but it was hard to tell since it just happened and it was very dark out. Anyone happen to have a good pic of their 100% intact, non dented oil pan? It's going to help a LOT for me when I file my claim to use it for comparison. Thanks a lot to anyone that can help out!
