Switch shift gate...

I recently felt and saw the differeces on 00-01 shift gate...
I like it alot... can I put 00-01 shift gate on my 02??
I know about all that mishift.. so no need to inform me that mishift problem.... sorry.. I don't want to be stuck up saying like that
How much would shift gate cost or anything selling shift gate??

i don't know how much it would cost or if it's possible but if you'd like to try i'm sure parts can be bought cheaper from a junk yard from a wrecked celica than from the dealship.

Your best bet is to just buy a used un-modded 01 or 02 tranny complete. I believe you CAN still order the old parts no prob, but it is not an easy job. You have to drop the tranny, split the case, and pull 5th and 6th drive and driven gears off. You also have to replace the cables (which is hell on earth) and the shifter.
