Its all gone... need clean paint...

acually it doesn't need new paint. but it would be easier to cleaning and waxing it. with all the swerls and scratches and paint chips on the front... My car really needs a GOOD cleaning and waxing, can someone tell me what I need to do? step by step? I use miguirs... but don't know which to use first... washing it doesn't seem to get rid of all the dirt and stuff, but don't wanna rub more swels on it... How do i Do it? how many products do i need? Is it even possible to get ride of the swers? make it like new again?? or is that all fake...

Swirl marks can be prevented by washing and waxing the car using a back and forth motion rather than an orbital motion. There are a number of waxes available on the market that are supposed to prevent and get rid of swirl marks. As far as the rock chips and the scratches, whether wax will make them less noticable all depends on the depth of the scratch. If it is down to the primer, forget about it.
