Drag wheels?

Hi there, I have a black 01 celica and I am in the market for new wheels. I am thinking 17s because it seems like a common size. I was hoping to find something pretty cheap but still nice and kept running into Drag wheels. I was hoping someone had some experience with them and could tell me if they were worth getting. I was thinking about something like this

What do you guys think? Any other lightweight, pretty cheap black/gunmetal 17 inch wheels I should look at. Also curious on what tires people would recommend, all season high performance for not a ton of money.

From my experience, i had the SSR gun metal 17s. They were light but got bent rims cuz of hittin potholes on the freeway, one of them got a crack. so switched to the drags en seem stronger as far as hitting potholes at high speeds on the freeway. So there u gotta a choice from the pros en cons. But the drags are not so heavy just about 2 pounds more than the SSRs.
