NOTE: Bumpers are not bolted on or anything, just hanging there. The overall fit is pretty good. Needed a little modification, but most kits do.

I'm diggin' that front bumper... best pics of it so far! Of the more aggressively styled bumpers, this is the nicest I've seen so far. :thumbup: Glad you're gonna go ahead with that CF wing tho... now that I look at the car I think it'll match much better than that C-ONE replica.

Sides are in process of being molded to the car, so I didn't take pics yet. And yes, I am getting the "big" CF wing. ;)

I will paint my car as soon as the sides are molded in and the bumpers are mounted. Just have to wait for Dallas to finish it. The bodyshop he worked at laid him off because they were slow. He is looking for a job, so only works on my car for a few hours a day. Should be done by this weekend though.

I like the front and the sides and the very back of the rear. But the sides of the rear bumper are just kind of blah :ugh:

The strange design they have going on there really has me confused. It doesn't look like it ties in with any formations on the side or any other part of the kit, it just looks really random. I think that overall, the design of the kit is pretty clean, but I think that they dropped the ball on that one part. I'll have to wait untile it is all painted and everything before I make a staight out decision about it though, I guess...

Much props Yota. Whether the kit is the best or worst, much props on your car and getting things made. It's good to see that you saw what you wanted and went for it. Keep up the good work and congrats man!

Keeping it silver. I went to the shop again last night, and my sides were totally molded. It looks a lot better than I could have imagined. I know that a lot of jaws are gonna drop when they see the finished product. I need to buy a new passenger side door shell though. Had a previous accident, and the lines are off a little. I am real picky about my car, so I am gonna replace the shell before I paint it. Looks like my car won't be at HIN in LA.

UPDATE!!! Now waiting for passenger side door. I had an accident about 2 years ago, and the bodyline is slightly off. Not real noticable, but decided that since I am putting this much time and money into it, I want it PERFECT!! I will be posting pics of my primered car in the shop sometime this weekend. I decided to repaint the whole car while I was at it. ;) That puts my completion date back a little, and unfortunately my car won't be at HIN in LA.

Woah, that changes things Jose... don't repaint it stock silver man... if you want to win shows like HIN, you need a custom paint job... you can stay with silver if ya want, just choose a different silver. I like the BMW silver best...

Actually, I have a friend with a silver BMW 2000 323i (which coincidentally I might be purchasing in the next few weeks...), and when we park right next to each other, you'd swear our cars were the same color (I have a silver Celica). The only slight difference is mine is just a hair more "metallic" than his. Otherwise extremely close.
