can the black overlay with orange letters be removed? it seems like it'd come right off if i took off the needles, but for obvious reasons i don't want to do that. the reason i want to do this is so that i can see my damn blinkers again (they're blue so behind that green filter they don't show up well). i may even cut the blinker parts of the gauge overlays off, since that seems better than taking off the needles, and if i wanted them stock again i could always just tape em back on since it'd be hidden behind the bezel, but i really don't want to have to do that either.
