A few nights ago, two buddies and I go cruising around our little town just trying to stay occupied. Its about 3am when everything went down. We decide to take a back road and my two friends start screwing around a bit while I spectate in my car behind. My friend Kyle was driving a srt4 and my friend Nick was driving his eclipse gt. They decide to race so I'm behind them, of course, and I just watch. We decide to eventually turn back around and come back into town. On the way back, the srt4 and I drive back side by side for a bit because he was hearing sound noise from the back. Turned out to the the strut that is going bad.

This is where the fun begins. About two minutes after we get into town, the eclipse splits off and I follow the srt4. Just as we split, I see a car coming down the road that we are crossing. It just so happens to be the sheriff in his little ford taurus pos cop car. I notice this and I make sure that I am driving safe. The srt4 and I take a right turn and the cop is catching up to us quick. He turns down the same road as us and for a slight second I think to take another turn and split from the srt4 but my friend in the srt4 only has his permit and is borrowing the car from another one of my friends. So I stick behind him to essentially block the cop from him. Lights come on and I pull over. The cop decides to let my friend keep going and proceeds to tell me that someone called in saying that I was racing the srt4 down the exact back road we were on. I laughed at him and said there was no way I would ever race a car like that because its too fast for my car. Of course, I deny everything about even being on the back road. He wasn't even in uniform. He looked at my license and then gave it right back and said have a good night.

In the meantime, my friend parked the srt4 at his grandmas house about 4 blocks away and hid in the bushes across the street until I came to pick him up. Even when I drive safe I still get pulled over. I guess it didn't help that I was associated with the other two that were driving a little crazy. lol Whatever.

Yeah, no kidding. I went through that whole "drive it like you stole it" phase. I get on it from time to time but nothing crazy. The guy who allowed my friend to borrow his srt4 hasn't made the best decisions either. He was arrested for running from the cops and doing 160+ in a 55mph zone. He basically said fvck it and tried to run. He would have got away if he hadnt of lost control and slid into a bean field. Oh and I definitely wasn't racing on the streets. My celica is the slowest around here so I don't even bother. I usually am the camera man if they feel like racing their cars.

If that kid in the SRT-4 crashed it, the rightful owner can be held responsible
