I have a flickr account, is there a way i can edit them as a batch and give them all water marks where it says my name in a transparent way?

what program are you using? I've heard people using "actions" in photoshop to create a watermark for all the pics they upload

i dont have any photoshop program. i usually just "add text" in flickr or photobucket... one by one.. but as u see it takes a long time for them to save so 200 pics would take hours just to water mark.

What I do is make text in photoshop then put it over the image and drop the opacity down to ~50%

you'll have to use photoshop for that. you can run an action in photoshop to batch edit all your images to put the watermark on there. that's how i do it.

There are some freebie programs out on the net that do watermarking actions for you if you do not have Photoshop. Google it and see what you turn up.
