my g/f got a dsm [1997 eagle talon {slow beast anyway :) } ] last month and she has some kind of 3 year warrenty by nissan she bought it from nissan. and anyway well i drove it liek 2 weeks ago and her car had a werid idle feeling like her car would shake too much. but her tach read idle to be normal? any ideas. but anyway and also her brakes felt bad too like really bad and she says taht it happen on and off but i only felt really bad and lose felling. well she took it in to the nissan dealer last week to get it looked at. well she had to pay for a 46 dollar dionostic test and they had the car all day and they didn't find a dman thing wrong with it. well today she was driving home and her breaks almost completly go out and she hits this car. well she is ok and all . but is thier anyway legal action can be taken with the nissan dealer about the brake issue?? like make them pay the deduckable(spelling i know) becasue she has a 500 dollar deduckable ouch. but anyway anybody can help me out?
