here's an idea....in the spirit of christmas, why don't we drive through the lokahi drop-off site at ala moana shopping center and give a donation.....it was fun driving through ala moana last time and at least this time we're doing something good for the community.....how's that sound? i think we should meet earlier like say 11....like last time....maybe have our BBQ first and then the cruise? we can wrap up the BBQ by 1 or 2....then we can start the cruise...and since we're starting the cruise later, maybe we don't have to go all the way around the island this time....kinda like the labor day cruise....wat do u guys think?

A BBQ at lunch sounds good! I happen to be off that day too, so whatevers is good for me. I dunno about meeting at Zippy's tho, with the amount of cars we had last time, but if not Sand Island what about the Lagoon Drive Park that Alex was talking about? Everyone knows about Sand Island - might be another cruise there that day. 11:00 also sounds good, I can make it without worrying about being late. So does the idea about the donation drop off, which is likely to garner alot of attention (which could be both good and bad :)). We could try cruising up Tantalus this time around - if you guys want to risk it. That should be fun. Or we could head up the H3, but I dunno any good stopovers in the Kaneohe/Kailua area (help us out here Mark?). We haven't yet tried what Alex also mentioned before - going thru Waianae side and past Makaha, then circling past Mokuleia and back into town.

The question also is if we're gonna BBQ, what's going to be on the menu and who's the chef? :)

Hey I just had my friend tune it some more today and i have to say it pulls more consistently now. I am having alot of fun with it. I got to drive his truck today. Damn! I want to modify my stall converter too dammit. I was chirping his tires all over the place and he was only at 7 psi. He was telling me a funny story about how he was cruising on the freeway and an eclipse gs-t with exhaust and shyt was calling him out. He kept it at 7 psi and they were neck and neck. He was smiling because he could have just twisted the dial and the eclipse would have been toast. Sometimes its a bad thing when i hang out with him... get too many ideas on modding the truck. :p Bastard also told me he has a supercharged 4age on the side if i want to use that for my hachi. Damn i spend too much money...

damn, december 16th ,,well december 15th is when we have our pimplux luxury japan cars cruise and have our BBQ ,,,well i can make it on decmeber 16th , i am looking forward to seeing all you guys,,,and also i think the potluck sounds good because who in there right mind would stick a bbq grill in their cars LOL, i wouldnt,,especially after we grill some stuff and all that grease and black soot get in your car,,,damn,,,get the steam vacuum out and go to work....well let me know when and where exactly guys so that i dont make any plans for that day,,if i dont do anything that day its probably christmas shopping i will go,,,OH WHAT FUN<<LOL

okay since it's down to the wire, i thought i'd repost the final plans (just for u deb):

DATE: Sunday, December 16th
TIME: 11:00AM
MEETING PLACE: Keehi Lagoon Park

Potluck will be from 11-1PM. Then we will start heading out. We're still debating wether or not we will do the Lokahi Donation Drop-off. We can all discuss it there as well as our cruise route.

Here's the directions to get there:

If you're coming from town side (east), take the Nimitz Hwy cut off and proceed to your extreme left lane. I believe it's 2 traffic lights before making a left turn on Lagoon Drive. From there you will make another left on the first traffic light you see. I'm not sure what the name of the street is but I believe it's the one after the gas station on the left side. From there you just go all the way in and you should be able to see everyone.

For you people coming from the west side, take the airport cut off then take the Nimitz Hwy exit. Stay on your right lane and make a right on Lagoon Drive. Then again, take a left on the first traffic light you see which is after the gas station on your left. Proceed into the park and look for all the Celicas!!

Hope no one gets lost and I hope my directions are good. If any of my directions are incorrect, please correct me!! Oh and if you get lost, give me a call. My name is Delo and my # is 384-4830. See you guys there!
