03+ Front Emblem Removal

I've been searching for a tutorial on this but I can't seem to find one.

Anyone know how to remove the front toyota emblem off an 03+ celica? Is it screwed on from the back or glued on?

you will have to take bumper off theres two pins with a clip type thing on each on the inner bumper
