Weres the best and cheapest place. How much are they actually? Are the other ones already out (black clear etc.)

I just ordered my TYC (all red) tailights off of ebay yesterday for 130 shipped. I called a shop of mine and they wanted 260 retail. Also the other TYC tailight models have not yet been released. I think those are the best tailights yet. The "Altezza" altezzas arent very good looking on the celicas. Just an opinion (dont hate me)
