nah, just kidding, don't answer. I realize this isn't a "TSS" website, or even a forum....but this is the last time you hear anything from me about the "team".

I've been approached by one person (speaking for 6 others apparently) about me stepping on toes. This is just my formal apology. I realize I'm new, but didn't realize how much most of you took that into consideration.

I apologize for trying to put the reigns on this thing. I'm a little "obsessive compulsive", so my mommy tells me...

it's all good though, guys..no hurt feelings or anything...

welp? to keep it short.......toodaloo

Nate,

Check your pm. Actually I was told that were going to be approached before the actual approach. I can share the pm with the group if you'd like. Its on the up-and-up just stating basic managerial stuff and trust in individuals and the group as a whole. Sure this sounds like manager :bs: , but the stuff I shared with Nate will help lessen the counterproductive baloney that has been going on especially with people organizing and others counterorganizing a different meet for the same date or even two people that aren't communicating but organizing the same meet.

We must be all going in the same direction to get things done. I know many of the people here and understand that we can do some good things if we work together.

from Will via pm:

"Individual/group roles for organizing meets

I think now we're all working in the same direction here with setting up meets. Let's just make sure we avoid counterproductive activity in the future. We all have to be on the same page and planning is "where its at". I've expressed this in the forum and I thought I should mention it personally (pm) as well.

I hate to sound like a managerial video but...when working productively as a group, big things can happen. We all have to be accountable for a role. When someone grabs the lead on a project/meet, let them lead until the point where they drop the ball.

With the group we have, good things can happen. Just trust in their power to get things done. That goes both ways.

Power to the people,

Will"

Listen, no one wants you to leave man. People are just asking you to tone it down a bit, that's all. Tone it down does not = Leave. The team idea is good, but we've kinda had a team to begin with. It didn't take a team to have a meet, we've all pretty much met each other and have been having meets. Just chill, lay back and have some fun.

kidding...i just like that one...

Like I said before, nobody needs to quell any contentions or whatever. "IT'S ALL GOOD". I understand where you all are coming from completely.

I guess I was unaware, to an extent, of the "group" you guys had before I even discovered nc.org. I guess I wasn't aware that you all met up so frequently, or at all to be honest. This sheds new light on everything. Once again, I apologize.

Nate the Infiltrator. Nate the Instigator. Nate the guy with more smilies than the rest of us. Joking aside, now let's get down to the business of staying cool and having fun.

There's no controversy. Its like hammering out the Constitution. Trying to get everyone on the same page isn't easy. There will be growing pains. :P
