And to answer your question, neither is particularly difficult, but the auto to manual swap can take a bit of time to get everything done if you are not very experienced with working on cars.

ohhh sorry auto to manuel (I have a 03 GT)and idk prolly 6 speed.. havent decided..

It will require that you replace the brake pedal, add the clutch pedal, replace the engine harness, replace the torque converter with a clutch/pressure plate, plug up the extra holes (from oil lines) in your radiator which you will no longer need, and swap the actual tranny along with driver's side mount. Not to mention the shifter cable and shifter. The shifter able will be a pain in the butt.
