My buddy came into class friday talking about how he got pulled over for speeding. He never told us where, when, and how fast but he is a big d-bag and had his ticket sitting out in the open where he was sitting so i took a peek. If it was a good buddy i would not have looked (he would have told us details anyway) but since no one in our school building(hangar) likes him, i dont really care. Ended up being 10-19 over and a $195 ticket. He came back from break and started talking about how he is fighting it and believes he can get out of it because it doesnt specifially show if court cost is included in the fine or not. Any input?? im kinda curious to see if he can get out of it.

Tossing out the ticket because of an improper breakdown of the fine? LoL. That one is a stretch. btw is your buddy named angklingon?

you can get away with some bureaucratic and/or technical/detail slip ups on tickets, but this doesn't sound like one of them. for instance, the judge actually threw out my friends ticket because the cop had incorrectly marked the legal speed on the road in quiestion, even though he still would have been speeding by enough to warrant a ticket were it the real speed.

there's a few guides on how to get out of a ticket with things like this around.. but now that he has the ticket.. i doubt he will get anywhere near out of it..
