Whenever I see a car with a Celica headlight conversion, they always angle the headlights too much to the inside, so it always looks like the car is squinting

Hi I saw your ad for the civic on craigslist and i am very intrested, but first i have some questions.

Who was the body work done by? I dont know if i could trust a joe schmoe who slaps bondo everywhere like he's painting a house.

Are the headlights properly aimed? Celica's have projectors, headlights can just be installed at any angle.

Is the hood scoop functional?

Can i see under the hood?

Would you recommend wearing a bullet proof vest if I ever took this to a honda meet?
