power afc vs super afc

I have a GT-S. I am in the "market" for an s-afc, but what does a power afc do? Is it even for our cars, and if so does it provide more or less tuning ability?

the power fc is a full replacement ecu. It provides a lot more tuning ability, but it's not out for the celica.
