do the headlights come apart???

is there a way to take the headlights apart to clean the inside so they have a better shine?

Yes you can use a heat gun or the oven method.

why do that? if they're foggy, go back to dealer. why would they NOT be shiny? dust can't get in there unless theres a hole to let the dust in. mine are still shiny. but to take them apart:
