I wonder if having 2 processors helps with the noise at high ISO...hmm...
Definitely a nice camera though.
I wonder if it has problems of overheating while recording videos like my T1i does :ugh:

It helps with the noise, and processes the images much faster allowing the 8fps. It also has a dedictated processor just for auto focusing. The one feature that excites me the most is the fact that you can control dedicated flashes off body using the popup flash.

That's like a $300 accessory from Canon otherwise

my d80 can control other flashes w/ the pop up flash as a commander and it's also $1200 bucks cheaper :gap:
for that price its almost a full framed camera

I know that, Nikon has had that capability for a few years now. You can't compare this camera to a D80, either. The comparable camera from Nikon is the D300s.

I'm just saying that my camera that's cheaper has that feature for so long now. i know very well that my camera can't be compared to the 7D.

I didn't think you did. This is huge for Canon, as this is the first camera in their lineup that has this capability.

Don't mind him.
He's always picking fights.

Those triggers are usually pretty limited anyways. Most of them work via IR and need direct line of site. Your best bet for off camera flash is buying remote triggers. I have Alienbees triggers. They work well and are pretty cheap. Not only that, you can use any flash, not just Canon's.

correct. Nikon's CLS has trouble outdoors in extreme sunlight, you end up having misfiring issues. Mark is right about having remote/transceivers for strobist like work. If you can't afford AlienBee triggers you can also get Cactus V4 triggers which are relatively cheap and are pretty reliable.

Most of my lenses are for crop bodies only...
And I love my lenses too much! Too much!

Nope the Tokina is for crop too. I think the only lens I have that works with full frame is my 50.
