They come primer. I only do carbonwork for myself. You can buy one and have it wrapped.

was going to mod the upper cubby hole for the deck and put the guages where the deck normally is just to be different lol. i would have to cut some of the dash bracing so the deck could fit and i dont want to do that. my other idea should work though but it uses 2" guages. so im prolly just gonna go with this. the holes look oblong or is it just the picture angle?

It is probably the angle. it is a tight fit with the gauges. I leave them like that b/c some gauges have slimmer or wider bezel rings. You may or may not have to sand the inside of the ring to give the gauge alittle more wiggle room.
