I'd be in also, but can you imagine trying to put together an order for 5000 t-shirts? :chuckles:

An alternative might be coming up with an "official" design and/or logo, then make your own shirt using the printable iron-on transfers. In ordering jerseys for my softball team, I learned that some custom printing/embroidery shops can take an EPS (or GIF as a last resort) file and feed that to their stitching machine. If in EPS, then you could have the shop make it just about any size you want and put it on whatever.

Yeah didn't we have some kick ass designs a while ago? If I can get one in .eps or .ai I know a friend who does screen printing and may get a discount for larry.

We did try this a while back and the problem ended up being no one could decide of one design. Obviously we need to have a vote to see which one is best, but last time most of the designs were of 'decent quality' only and there was no stand out.

If we get some of the big time designers working on it, I think we can make this work. And as for the 5000 shirt order.....that's all the better. We can get better shirts and more colors for cheaper with larger orders.

I would guess a few solid colors would work best, and would tend to be less expensive. Lots of colors and/or fine granularity would definitely make stitching the pic/image/pattern difficult.

As for silk screening--I have no idea. I'd think simple would mean less expensive to make the screen.

im in on 2.... Make a front design , and back design, BUT dont make it look to cheesy lookin. A clean little design in front around the heart area, and nice clean good lookin design for back.
Make T-hirts in collors of black , grey, maybe grey/white, and white.
I would buy 2 of them! differant collors.
I dont wear caps or visors , BUT i think caps and visors would sell well also. Get maybe (not to be offesive to women) but see if one or 2 of them wants to model for pics of them on to put up on the site!:D :thumbup:
P.S Are you guys talkin about the Tack redlining design a while back? It was nice lookin!

this has been tried I think 3x already.. a couple problems each time

1) no one can ever agree on the design of the shirt

2) pricing, shirts are actually pretty expensive to have made and if I had shirts printed up Id have to fork over the $$ up front and hope to make it back selling them which isnt worth taking the chance to me in all honesty..

if you guys can come up with a good design you can agree on Ill see what I can have made..
