Nail in a worn Kuhmo Victoracer.... What should I do?

Tire has no tread. Just the two center grooves remain. In other words, it's in perfect race ready shape. The tire holds air with the nail in. Is this something that can be patched or should I scrap the tire?

I don't think I'd trust it any more. Use it as an opportunity to get 2 new tires.
