I was on my home from Krispy Kremes at 12 am with my cuzin and we goin along on the 22 while some prelude comes up to us and wants to race. So we begin to go yet the weird thing is that i was winning until i looked at my speed at it was 110 so i stopped cuz thats a lil too fast for that freeway IMO. Later i come across an 99 gs eclipse (i think) off the freeway and we decide to punch it, i lost to him the few times while we started from goin 40 in a 40 zone. We got to about 80 then it was time to stop. We then lose eachother and while i keep goin he turns out of a shopping center and we start roling to the light ahead of us, which is green, we wanted to see who would win from a start, i alrdy knew he would probably win (my car 02 gt). Well we are at the green light no one behind us hoping it will turn red and we can get a go, however a cop pulls up across from us in the turn lane and luckily one of the guys in the eclipse saw him and told us to start driving cuz of the cop. So we just started up slow and by the time we got through the intersection the cop made a u-turn and turned on the lights. I thought we were doomed. We both pull over and he asks the drivers to get out of the car. He then tells us he knew what we were about to do and that its not the smartest thing to do in garden grove on the streets we were on. He then let us go basically just giving us a wake up call. I then thought if that cop hadn't have left wherever he had come from about 15 seconds later he could have seen me and the eclipse racing at like 60 down a 40, lucky us.
The next night around the same time i goin down to PCH and we find a nice new accord, not a v6 and we decide to get in front of every car to get in front for a red light. The two of us are goin pretty much the speed limit just weaving a lot. We finally get to a light and we both punch it dead even until i slow down cuz the 50 mph zone and he kept goin. He then went into the turn lane at the next red light and no one was in front of me at the red light to go straight however i stopped to talk to him , yet i was about 4 car lenghts back from the light with traffic coming my way and the light turned green, so i decided to hurry up and go again. As i go through the intersection i looked to my right and saw a biker cop sitting there looking at me. I get through the intersection and he comes behind me and puts his lights on and i pull over. I couldn't believe it gettin pulled over twice in less than 24 hours. He then asks if i knew what i did wrong and i say probably cuz i was stopped in the middle of the road. And he says cuz i was weaving in and out of traffic further down the street and stopping in the middle of the "fast lane" What shocked me is that i was weaving before we "raced" from the red light and i was suprised he dind't say n e thing bout that. He then talked to me about what i did wrong and let me off.
I dont know how much luckier i can get. Gettin pulled over 2 times in less then 24 hours and then getting let off both times. Knock on wood.
