Hello dear reader :gap: My car constantly pulls to the right, I have 3-4/ 32nds tread depth on all 4 tires, pretty bad I know, but as I found out after rotating and cross rotating, its not the tires. My car is stock shock S-Tech drop. Front shocks are near the end of their life since I hear a strong rattle on left and right. I have new endlinks, stabilizer bushings are tight, control arms are tight, ball joints are mint.
Now the alignment rack. I do alignments myself. last time on the rack front and rear camber was in the green, numbers varied but all were in the green, positive in the back and front. Front toe is adjusted in the green at +4 left and right. Its the rear toe I had some problem with. Both rears are in the red because they are st +34 left and right. Its the lowest value I could adjust to for some reason. Now why would I have pull with these numbers? Pull is absolutely horrible i have to hold the wheel tilted at 11'oc all the time, If i let the wheel go car steers to the right kind of violently. I have no idea whats causing that. Any advice appreciated.
P.S. I have a lot of bump steer and car is often unstable on uneven road surfaces.

Do you know if the car was previously involved in an accident?

I don't, but when I just bought it, alignment was dead on

Tire Pressure??? Are the tires worn funny like on the inside edge. You may want to look into hotchkis adjustable camber arms......they fixed the problem I was having with toe angle on my rear pasenger side

^nah pressures are 32 all the way around, and rear camber is actually good, its the toe that's messed up, but as I said, even tho its in the red, its equal on both sides at +32, I just don't see why that would cause a pull... I'll put it on the rack today for the 3rd time and see whats up...

check tire pressure, if one is 25psi and 35psi in the front, it'll pull to the side. new tires and shocks will most likely fix the side pulling if the alignment is good.

pressures are dead on all 4. I'm going to put it on the rack tonight and if that doesn't help, I'll put factory wheels on with good tires, see if that helps

just throwing it out there... what size rims you have? >> if you have 17 or 18... trying using ur stock wheels 15 or 16in.
reason y i ask, because i have a similar problem; and i just switch back to my stock wheels... it ride smoother and straight; doesnt go to the left or right unless my tire pressure are off.

Ok question, my trim is GT so it came with a 15" wheel, I have 16" wheels on now with dif size tire, the alignment software is asking me what wheel size I have, thinking my car is still favctory, the choices are gts 15 gts 16 or gt 15, which one would make ,more sense to choose..

After an hour on the alignment rack, I managed to bring front angles to a near perfection, rear is still out of adjustment, but I managed to bring rear toe closer to zero this time, after the alignment, I drove home and there was little to no pull, I couldn't really see the steering wheel, but in dim light it did look straight, and felt more stable over bumps, now I'm happy with what I have, all I need now is new shocks and tires. I'll keep putting it up on the rack until I'm completely satisfied with the rear, thanks for inputs, thread can be closed...
