price and service..

i want to get some Racing Hart rims... are they good company to order from..

I bought rims/tires from them a year ago. I don't think I'd buy from them again. They have good prices on sets of rims with tires, but the customer service is pretty poor. Also, if you mess up a rim and want a replacement, they won't sell you just one. You'll have to find somewhere else to get a single rim from.

yeah i hate their customer service. i called in one time to get pricing and had bad experience.

me: hi , i wanted to get pricing on rims
wm: yeah, ok what kind (in a b!tchy attitude way)
me: oh the 5zigen pro n1 .
wm: what color (in a b!tchy attitude way)
me: black and in 16" if you have them
wm: no, we don't have black and we don't carry 16" *click*
me: wtf!?!?!?!?!?!!
phone lady: if you would like to make a call , please hang up and try again

Take this into consideration, 7 months ago, I placed an order for Z5000's from them, it took them a month to finally realize that they "no longer carry Racing Hart". However, they still have Racing Hart on their site and are still taking orders. Not only did they charge my credit card the day that I ordered them, but, they never notified me that they wouldn't get them in. I had to call twice a week for 4 weeks to find this out. Then, when they said they'd credit my credit card, they never did. I had to dispute it with the credit card company. I will NEVER do business with them ever again, BUT, I will surf their site and see what wheels are out there and use them as a "competitor price," that's about all they are good for :thumbdown

Where are they located in Florida. Maybe it might be better if you go in person for the people that live near them.

I had good service when I called them to ask for shipping rates and other stuff. This guy did have somewhat of a bietchy attitude but he did his job. I don't think I will do business with them though.. I do think they have good deals here and then but nothing fancy...
