After failing to apply the Bodykit this week, i just had the paint touched up and the TRD Grafix applied instead since it was in the Paintshop and in bits anyway.. applied some of a Bat kit and thought you all might like a look..

I am wondering if you actually have any TRD parts on your car. I like the TRD decal action u got goin on but without any TRD parts wouldn't that be false advertising?
If you do have TRD parts then

TYC tails? Dunno them at all.. The one's here are the allegedly leaky Euro-clears. They probably look a bit "meatball" to some of you because you are used to them, over here on the other hand they are the first thing people comment on!! I am noticing them appearing on Civics and Integras now, so maybe you have a point.. I could DEFINATLY go for some smokey stuff.. i had to re-wire them so the reverse's are my blinkers.. couldn't get yellow bulbs so i painted them.. looks very different.. i think i`ll have to replace the rear fogs with whites and wire them to the reverses - which are now red.. er.. it's all abit messy really!! The Thing is the filth don`t take too kindly to "red" rear indicators here.. hehehe..
As for TRD parts.. none yet.. Any recomendations what would be a good start? I think i`m more likely to use a TRD engine mod then a 3rd party one..
Oh and Bat.. i _did_ mess with your design.. call it the "lite" version.. (the "LT"?) and i have no reason in perticular.. it just seemed to feel nice at the time, and since i got 2 kits from you i can afford to experiment.. hehehe
thanks for the nice words dudes.. and the meatball thing is noted..

TRD makes engine mods for the Celica?!? Hahaha, TRD engine mods or mods in general for the Celica are overpriced and theres no real engine mod that TRD makes that are easy to get.

??? i don`t get you.. either they do or they don`t , and either you know or you don`t.. what's this above meant to mean?
You start by exclaiming "?!?" at the suggestion they do make them, implying they don't.. Then You refer to "TRD engine mods" in the next bit like they DO exist.. then You confirm they do exist and are too expensive and can`t be got..?
So.. what is the story here?

Sorry for the confusion, I was just trying to say that TRD, at least in America, doesn't put out any real engine mods. The only easily obtainable hp/tq improving part is an exhaust...not exactly the thing that you want from a company that is putting out a s/c for other cars(camry).

Thats because our car is already a high output car. TRD builds quality performance parts for long-term daily driving which is what most of us get our parts for. If TRD made a turbo for our car and everyone had engine problems after 20k miles running it then don't you think TRD would get a bad name? I mean think rationally. TRD is coming out with parts that our cars can handle on the street as well as on the track.
Why did you buy a car with 11.5:1 compression when you planned on applying forced induction? Kind of stupid on your part, in my opinion.
TRD does extensive research and development on all of their performance products so they only give us parts that are safe and reliable. Didn't TRD work on a turbo with team world racing's celica? And didn't it get scrapped in the end? I wonder why?
Anyways, im so sick and tired of people bashing TRD for not bringing out enough performance parts in the US. How many celica owners have miss-shifted their car and how many got new engines "UNDER WARRANTY"?? If TRD parts failed then most of us would have lawsuits with TRD. I'd say TRD USA is pretty smart to be careful with the US market. Cuz it seems that a lot of us don't know how to drive very well. ;)

In my statement I didn't say anything about applying forced induction to a Celica so buying a Celica(which I no longer own) isn't stupid on my part, in my opinion. Mrspring wants engine mods for his Celica that are made by TRD, I told him that TRD doesn't make any engine mod that is easily obtainable here in America. I understand that it is very unsafe to turbo a Celica, that is why I didn't say that I wanted them to make a turbo.
I think that you were trying to twist my words around because you are mad at people who insist that TRD should make a turbo for the Celica, please try not to do that in the future...it's not healthy.
