I want to know when I swap my stock springs for a set of TRD lowering springs should I also change my shocks(never been changed). I have a 2000 Celica GTS with 140,xxxk on it. and I have stock GTS wheels on it. Thanks for your input

140k is quite a bit of miles if they arent leaking than you can keep them on but i would swap them if you got the cash. if you can get your hands on some stock shocks for a low price even better. Up to you though. BTW your gonna love the drop trust me:gap:

the drop is alright, i have them on myself. The front drop is perfect, but the back drop needs to be lowered more

I dont really care about the height. I just want performance and for it to not bottom out on bumps...
BTW: How much would new stock shocks cost?
o n monkey. I want one of those TRD stickers you got for my car :gap:

The site I use for stock parts has the rear at $80 a piece and the front at $108 a piece for stock. Plus like 10 bucks shipping each. Theres probably better deals on stock out there. You can get aftermarket shocks for similar prices on ebay. Mid 400s for a set of 4. I use kyb agx with sportline springs and theyve lasted so far on the bumpy roads I travel daily.
