99 dodge neon R/T 4 dr99 dodge Neon R/T For Sale is a BLue 4-dr R/T. Car has had an engine swapped.. just a 2.0 out of another 99 R/T. car has 167,000 and the engine has just over 100,000. Everything works except the a/c components have been removed from under the hood and the fog lights are gone. $1800 obo

new waterpump
new timing belt
new p/s belt
It will have silver R/T wheels not the black ones pictured.. or I have orange R/T wheels.
