Taking off Fuse & Relay box...

Hey guys, wasn't sure which forum this post should be in, but ohhh well... Anyways, I am painting my engine plastics, pretty much finished the other pieces, and I couldn't figure out how to take off the box next to the ECU box that says "Fuse & Relay" on it, and I didn't want to accidently break the clips, is there a trick to taking the top off? So I can paint it? Ohhh btw, is it ok to remove the ECU box to paint it?

the fuse cover is pretty easy....push the tab in the back of it in and pull up, just pull the other 2 tabs on the side and front outward w/ your hand. And... Yes you can take off your ecu cover, just don't let any dust or water get in there while your paintin the cover. I put a plastic bag over the wires just in case.
