View Full Version : Has anyone removed the rear seatbelts?

If so, was it difficult? I've tried everything I could, maybe I'm just weak, but I disassembled the plastic panels to access the rear seatbelts. It looks heavily attached to the shell. I don't know what to do.

I used a 1/2" 12" long ratchet and had no problems taking it off.

I threw away the back seats, no plans or intentions of having "guests" in the back, turned the celica into a true 2 seater car.

But then in that one opportunity where you have pick up a girl and her friend she is going to be wondering why you took the back seats out.

when i bought my car i pulled everything out, would have kept it like that due to no real room to fit a normal person back there but my cars body is so loud. back to the topic seat belts are not to bad to get out
