Does anyone know if the endlinks that come with the C-One coilovers can be used with TEIN SSP's? I would think that they could be but I am curious....

it should, are they adjustable?

even if they aren't you can just raise or lower the car till the endlinks will fit into the slots of the brackets and it will just put tension on the sway bars.
