Well, it finally happened....

Shame on you if you thought I came in here telling you about a misshift :)

As I got off I-5 today, I was rear-ended quite viciously by a Dodge Ram. The trunk hatch is raised to the point where it's on an even plane with the roof, both tailights are fubared. Other than that and a sore back, I guess my girlfriend and I are ok. At least the driver that torpedoed my backside is insured.

P.S glad to hear you are ok , from what it looks like from every accident i have seen the celi in , the toyota manufactures do a good job on safety . Especially in such a light car!

Yeah, the rear is fully crumpled. I would take pics but I don't have a digital camera on hand right now. Good thing it absorbed most of the impact and not our backs. Come to think of it, my butt hurts more than my back. Yesterday afternoon I was squatting for like 15 minutes straight trying to apply Bat's v9 kit correctly.

I only got a headache at the scene of impact but it was gone in 2 minutes.
