what should be dripping out of my car?

ok i am a newbie and i am not familiar with what should be dripping out of my car. After coming home from work, I usually park the car in the sun. I spend 30-40 minutes in the house and then return to my car to back it out. Once i back out, I notice there are sometimes a puddle of liquid under my car. I am guessing it's water because I tend to use the AC alot. Today for some weird reason, I found little black spots under my car and they were hardened. I believed it was oil but is it possible for a new toyota to have an oil leak? What exactly does leak out of your celica after you park it? Can you guys help me out?

[edit] I also heard a slight knock when I turned my car on today. So i turned the ignition off and started again and there was no knocking... is this normal?

Nothing should leak from your car. You may have water from the condensation on the line coming off the A/C compressor but thats it.

I live in FL, and I use the AC every once in while. On the hottest days, nothing leaks from my car. I would try and find out what both leaks were if I were you. You might be able to fix a problem before it gets unmanagable.

yeah i agree the a/c condensor will drip water....but should just be clean/clear water puddles....if you have anything else dripping get it checked asap. With all the underbody plastics, you'ld have to have a serious leak to see something hitting the ground.
