Does anyone have a GT-S emblem from the trunk of their celica? I saw in Sport Compact or somewhere a celica with the toyota emblem in the grill removed and a GT-S emblem in it's place. So I need one to try it. Can anyone who has smoothed out their trunk or something help me out?

$20 from the dealership... kinda steep, but it depends on how bad you want it... I had logo debadged for me in mexico with a key... i thought about replacing it.. but it wasn't worth it to me... but yeah around $20 +/- $5

well.. i took mine off the back, took off the bumper, took off the top grill, cut all the excess mounts off for the stock grill, then to some home depot grill material, and cut some out, then epoxy'd it to my bumper, then epoxy'd the gts badge to that...

my gts is more than full w/rock chips... i need to repaint it...

I think it would be worth it alone just to be different. I see you got the idea from the Hotchkis Celica.

why can't you just take it from the back of your celica? really....

anyways....i got the idea from a guy who i saw had it with a red celica gt-s action packaged, *drool* when i was getting a hair cut one day. he parked right outside...damn that was a nice car...he had it first IMO..it was wat...july 2001ish

I can't take mine off the back. somebody might think it's a GT. I don't want to be rude to the GT folks. I'm just an elitest when it comes to celicas. I'll admit that I'm shallow in that area.

it seems a bit pointless to throw one on the front and not have one on the back to me. Just my opinion

but i think it looks uneven w/ badges in the back. i keep my celica clean....symmetrical.....have you tried the dealership yet? to get a new one?

IMO...you want civics and other little cars to think you have a gt and then when they think they can hang...kill 'em...haha!!! i debadged mine and have R/H c2's so it's hard to see the disc brakes in the back. it looks cleaner w/o the badge in the back anyway. looks clean in the front though.
