Hey, So i just finished painting my front calipers, which i disassembled from the car to do so.

When i tried to put them back in, and bleed out the air as i would (depressing the brake pedal enough..) the brake pedal would give me resistance, but i would still be able to depress it the entire way ... any1 kno whats up?

would it be that i need to bleed the system the other way?

I was thinkin all the brake fluid was probably depleted after I took the calipers off but, it got dark so I stopped n im gonna check it out tomorrow ...

Exactly how did you try to bleed this? It sounds like you still have air in the system.

Well i checked em out this morning and I had some sucess. The resivour was empty so i filled that up, and then bled the system with my sister, havin her push down the break pedal while i opened the bleeder screw for a few times. After a while I got the resistance I always had on the brakes, so I guess i've done it right. Havn't drove it yet, but will do soon.

if the reservoir was completely empty then your probably sucked air in, make sure there is always fluid in it and just keep bleeding away

If that is true, the air probably got into the brake master cylinder, which can be a little more difficult to remove. You can read the service manual for a description on how to bleed that...it's not fun. I'd recommend getting a mechanic you trust to bench bleed it.
