Regrettfully for sale, is my 2004 Celica GTS TRD edition...The car is blue, w/ a 6 speed transmission, trd stock body kit, sunroof, 16" wheels.......I'm selling for $5k.....Car has just over 38,000 original miles....And the catch is....Was driving to work last week, got to work, drove over a small, TINY patch of water forgetting that I didn't have the motor (bottom) plastic shield...With that being said I hydroplaned and water went up my aftermarket aem CAI, (cold air intake) and into the intake side of the motor. And now I have a vapor siezed motor (water inside the motor)...I was told that the motor needs to be broken down, and cleaned well. Parts may not need to be replaced. I'm selling because I cant afford the labor to break it down right now. The car's paint is in descent shape. Minor dings & scratches. Previously wrecked/salvage title, and I owe $2700.....So, with that being said, I'm trying to sell the car before bank repo's on Jan. 1 2010.

Even though there are some problems, this is a great low mileage buy...Just needs broken down & cleaned. Possible replacement parts. Transmission & everything else is fine.

If interested, and would like to know more details call Josh @ 910-992-1646

Thanks...Will post more pictures later.....

i hope you're joking .. 2000 celica's with blown motors ( hydrolocked, etc ) go for $1k'ish max.. i've seen 05's go for 4k

Yeah I was kidding. Not to bash this guys price or anything but I wouldn't give him more than $2000 or so...

what you should have done is right when the water got into the motor is to take out the spark plugs and try to turn the car on and the water will shoot out of the spark plug holes I've done it on my first celica and it worked. NO MORE CEASED MOTOR. But cars with blown motors are not worth that much. The cheapest way to do it is to get a new motor for 500 and throw it in there then you could sell the car more than 5k...
