where to mount dvd player?

hello all

i cant find a place under my passanger side dash to mount my blankpunkt dvd player....

i bought brackets... but i cant find anywhere.. and i dont want to start drilling into stuff without knowing wahts behind it or if it would hold...

do anyone have any pics or any ideas?

or am i gonna have to get some fiberglass and possibly custom make something to hold it?which i dont really want to do

well i'm not sure what you mean. its the dvd player itself right? got a pic of it? why not put it in the glove box. its real easy to remove, you can even cut out the pocket of it if you want and mount it real nice in there and then vinyl the dash part behind it so when you open the door its just the dvd.

other than that, i donno i have to see how big this thing is and what it looks like. i plan on doing a 6 disc cd changer in the center console between the seats, if it fits there and can mount up and down and take a disc that way, that'd be cool, but somehow i bet that won't work.

other that that there's not many places up front. maybe under the seats but the way they curve up in the front that won't really work well either.

maybe you could screw with the back seat a lot, hollow out some of the middle of it underneath it, and then make a vinyled wood cubby hole in the middle of the seat under the seat back there. that make sense?
